Punkbuster permanent ban

Hi guys

A half an hour or so i (REDPHOENIX) was kicked by punkbuster permanently, there was no admin online, and there was no reason.

I think this was a serious mistake cause an hour or so before FQ got banned permanently in the same way.

I think it was an auto kick by punkbuster, it said banned for certain "issues" or something like that

Could this be reversed? cause i really did nothing wrong, i followed all the rules. I was kinda pissed cause "redirect" was not following the rules at all (solo, rush, bunny, TKs)

-You got banned when others were playing? then pls write down all the other guys that were playing on the server at the time on the topic aswel.
-any GUID's of the players playing would be welcome also.
