Kicked Without a warning?

Hi Green Label, today i was on your server.
There was someone from my team using a tube, wich was not allowed.
MS asked who was using it, i respond with dunno?
After that i was kicked from your server..... i came back and ask why he kicked me, he reply'd with: you were using the tube.
I said... i did not, but there was no reply.
I never use a tube.
I'm an admin myself at our servers, and i think this was not the right way to kick someone without prove.

Btw, i like your server.

If you're lopez,

you were kicked to make an example, your whole team was rushing everywhere on the map.
Don't take it personally, it could aswel been someone else, things like that need to happen sometimes before people get the point.

Ok RT, it's ok.
I was just dissapointed to be kicked, cause there was nothing wrong with my gamestyle.
Btw i hate tubes.

yah, kicked you for one minute, thinking you would be able to join again, and example was made...
but as you know, many players are constantly refreshing to try to get in Green Label servers, and someone immediatly took your spot

I was on the server at the time of the facts! it is true that C " stays a kick without evidence but C " stays for the example it stays a total chaos on the map! Moreover there was no consequence because you could return also quickly on the server! on this good evening :p

Dr. V [don't like your nick-name by the way] it pays to spread the word when you're engaging in combat on our servers that any rule breaks will be dealt with firmly.
Please remember that we ADMIN are also trying to play in game too, so whilst we try to identify the main culprit sometimes an example needs to be made to the whole team so they take notice.
Because of the popularity of our servers if you get kicked albeit for a short time others can be waiting to join when a space appears.

So as I said at the begining ""IT PAYS TO SPREAD THE WORD"" as not folowing our rules could end up with YOU being the one that gets randomly kicked and then not able to get back on.

Certainly if I become aware you are playing our way and trying to ensure others are too then when I'm making admin decisions I will remember your help.

I Remember this instant very well the game was running very smoothly all the people where using the correct weapons then as soon as this guy joined a tube exploded i heard it and nobody had died or changed weapons so naturally u would think it was this guy, i asked who had used the tube and he was the only one that replied ( i dunno ) that reply seemed to me like (i dunno who give a f*** ) thats why i kicked him buy only for 1 minute.
